The precision pressure gauge consists of a pressure measuring system, a transmission mechanism, an indicating device and a case. The elastic element of the precision pressure gauge is processed by special technology, which ensures the stable and reliable performance. Adapting with the high-precision transmission mechanism, the very good indicating accuracy is guaranteed. Precision pressure gauges are mainly used to check ordinary industrial pressure gauges. It can also be used to accurately measure the pressure of media which are not highly viscous or crystallising and will not attack copper alloy parts. Model YB-150A is equipped with mirror ring below the scale line, to make sure the clearer and more accurate reading. And looks more beautiful. The accuracy is 0.4%. Type YB-150B is equipped with a mirror ring under the scale line and a zero adjusting device, with an Accuracy of 0.25%.
The instrument consists of a measuring system indicating part and a case. Good sealing performance and equipped with sealing check device, which can protect internal mechanism from mechanical damage and pollution invasion.
Based on the principle of elastic element (the bourdon tube in the measuring system) deformation, under the pressure of the media to be measured, the end of the spring tube is forced to produce the corresponding elastic deformation resulting in displacement, which is magnified through the gear transmission mechanism in assistant of a pull rod, then the measurement value is indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
